Nursing Prescriptions for Wound Care Critical Client

Abstract

This article was developed with the purpose to identify to the scientific production of nursing, determining the best available evidence for the care of the wounds of the customers interned in the sector of intensive therapy. The methodology developed for the estruturação of the present article was the bibliographical article research of nursing published between 2003 the 2008. The publications had approached especially on the knowledge, the treatment and prevalence of the ulcers of pressure in critical patients. After, some lapsings of nursing for the treatment of the ulcers of pressure in critical patients had been delineated. New research for the continuous technician-scientific qualification in the treatment of the pressure ulcers is necessary.
