Abstract
Chronic renal patients is the victim of a disease that results in many adaptive procedures, allied to it suffers from several limitations arising from the disease and treatment. Therefore, it can manifest several symptoms of emotional upheaval. This study aims to demonstrate through theoretical, that the participation of nurses in the formation of groups of patients for the benefit of a good relationship, as well as strengthen communication, to discuss aspects of pathology, can be characterized in a relief emotional suffering of the sick.
