Possible Nursing Diagnoses for the Hypertensive Client.
Abstract
This paper comments some nursing diagnoses which could be identified with the hypertensive clients.The diagnoses of Knowledge Deficit, Noncomplience, anxiety, Self-steem disturbance, Fluid Volume Excess, and Altered Nutrition: more than body requirements are presented as a part of the nursing process.
