Comparison between tracheal suction systems open and closed on the incidence of pneumonia associated with mechanicalventilation – Sistematic Literature Review

Abstract

This article presents a systematic literature review based on scientific data and has as objective to compare the tracheal suction systems open and closed on the incidence of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation. In order to analyze the techniques of tracheal suction it searches the best practice of nursing to critically ill client intending to minimize the incidence of pneumonia in intensive care unit.
