A systematic literature review was conducted and it leads to concluded that a EMR Simulated platform, with an open access software, in addition to being cost-effective, can offer a simulated practice environment for educational experiences to develop clinical as well health informatics competences related to documentation in EMR, in an ethical and safe way, with a person and evidence centred foci
